Terms and Conditions
1. All rifle, shotgun, and ammunition orders are shipped UPS Ground (no PO Box addresses please).
2. We ship to the USA only. Our items are not to be exported.
3. Accessory orders may be shipped via UPS Ground or any method offered by the USPS at the discretion of Typhoon
4. Due to federal regulations, firearms and ammunition orders cannot be shipped in the same package.
5. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of the order being placed. Please allow and plan for delays during high volume periods. You will receive an email with tracking info once your item has shipped. We ship to the USA only. Our items are not to be exported.
6. Firearms will ONLY ship to an FFL holder (or C&R license holder if applicable). If you do not have an FFL, then you must find one in your area to handle the transfer for you.
7. We do not ship to some states due to prohibitive firearm regulations. (contact for details)

All of our Websites are operated in the United States and all information our Websites collect will be processed and stored in databases located in the United States. Thus, if you are in a location outside of the United States, by using our Websites you consent to the transfer to and processing of your information in the United States.

If you are under 18 years of age, please do not submit any information without the express consent and participation of a parent or guardian. We will not knowingly collect Personal Information about any person under 13 years of age. We may, from time to time, at our sole discretion, offer contests, sweepstakes, and other promotions (collectively referred to as "Contests") through our Websites. If you choose to participate in a Contest, Personal Information about you may be disclosed to third parties or the public in connection with the Contest as required by applicable law or the rules that govern the Contest. Such Personal Information may include, but is not limited to, announcement of winners and prize fulfillment. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
PRICING / SPECIFICATIONS
Prices and specifications for any products or services sold through our Websites are subject to change without notice. Typographic, photographic, and /or descriptive errors are subject to correction. In the event that we determine, in our sole discretion, that we have made an error concerning, but not limited to, the price, specification, quantity, or description of one or more of our products or services, any sale or transfer of said products or services shall be made subject to our correction(s). All prices are quoted in US$.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact email@example.com within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 25% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days of initiating the return. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, parts, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. The customer will receive a refund within 7 business days of our receiving the returned product.
Please note that we do not permit the return of the following products:
1. Special orders and products that are custom configured to your specifications.
2. Firearms, once transferred to buyer.
In the event that a purchaser is declined for a firearm transfer by the designated FFL (including if the NICS background check comes back as a "DENY"), Typhoon Defense will provide a return shipping label to the designed FFL. There will be a 25% restocking fee and $35 return shipping fee assessed on the refund of the purchase.
SHIPPING NOTICE FOR ACCESSORIES
We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways on returns, as well as for shipping charges on shipments that are refused.
If the product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions but is faulty, unfit for purpose or does not match the sample or description please return the product to us with a copy of your invoice. We may send the product to the manufacturer's service agent for assessment. Where the product is determined faulty or unfit for purpose we will provide you with a refund or exchange.
